Delivery Address & Order Accuracy

Please double-check that your delivery address, contact number, and email are correct at the time of order. Jolin is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

We do not offer split deliveries to multiple addresses under a single order. If you require items to be sent to more than one location, please place separate orders.

Lead Times & Availability

As each Jolin piece is crafted or curated with precision, lead times may vary based on item availability, customisation, and shipping conditions.

Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of order, but are not guaranteed. If unexpected delays arise due to manufacturing or logistics, we will notify you immediately.
