Change of Mind

As our furniture is made in limited collections, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and contact us if you would like design or styling support before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange an inspection and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. For this reason, cancellations or returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Timeframe for Returns

Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Delivery Costs

We offer flat-rate delivery Australia-wide to make receiving your JOLIN pieces as seamless as possible. Delivery is $199 across New South Wales and $499 for all other Australian states and territories. Our white-glove delivery service includes placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging. Additional charges may apply for remote or regional locations. Please contact our team for a tailored delivery quote if required.
