Terms and Conditions
At Jolin Furniture, we believe that the delivery experience should be as refined and seamless as the furniture itself. The following outlines our key shipping and delivery terms. For any further clarification or bespoke requests, our Client Services team is available to assist.
Delivery Options
Jolin offers two options for receiving your furniture:
- (available in select metro areas): Our premium delivery service includes careful transport, placement of each item in your room of choice, and removal of all packaging materials.
- You may also arrange for your own carrier or collect your order in person from our Sydney warehouse. All collections must be scheduled in advance.
Please note, delivery availability depends on your location. Additional delivery charges may apply for regional, interstate, or access-restricted areas. Fees will be clearly outlined at checkout or during your sales consultation.
Scheduling & Access
Once your piece is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery window. You will be provided with a four-hour delivery timeframe, at least 48 hours in advance.
To ensure a smooth delivery:
- If a scheduled delivery must be rescheduled within 48 hours of the confirmed time, a $75 rebooking fee will apply.
- Missed deliveries may also incur storage and redelivery charges.
Delivery Address & Order Accuracy
Please double-check that your delivery address, contact number, and email are correct at the time of order. Jolin is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
We do not offer split deliveries to multiple addresses under a single order. If you require items to be sent to more than one location, please place separate orders.
Lead Times & Availability
As each Jolin piece is crafted or curated with precision, lead times may vary based on item availability, customisation, and shipping conditions.
Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of order, but are not guaranteed. If unexpected delays arise due to manufacturing or logistics, we will notify you immediately.
