TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PARTIES

These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Jolin Furmiture Pty Ltd (“Jolin”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order or using our website, you accept these terms.

2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

a. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Jolin regarding all purchases of our products.

b. Our furniture is designed for domestic and commercial use as explicitly stated at the time of sale.

c. Jolin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies. Updated terms will be published on [www.jolinfurniture.com.au].

d. Should any provision be deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

e. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian State or Territory where the purchase occurs. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

3. PURCHASE & PAYMENT

a. All prices on the Jolin website or in-store are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

b. Payment can be made via approved credit cards, bank transfer, Jolin vouchers, or finance options offered at checkout.

c. Orders will only be processed once full payment or the agreed deposit has been received.

d. Special orders or customised items cannot be cancelled once confirmed. A non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee may apply.

e. Jolin reserves the right to correct pricing errors or refuse orders in cases of website misprints, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.

f. Promotional offers, discounts, and vouchers must be redeemed at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

g. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary. Customers are responsible for ensuring access for delivery, including space, stairwells, lifts, or handling requirements.

4. CHANGE OF MIND & RETURNS

a. Orders may not be cancelled once payment is finalised, except where expressly agreed by Jolin.

b. Products cannot be returned for change of mind.

d. These policies do not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law for defective goods.

5. DELIVERY & COLLECTION

a. Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to stock availability or logistical factors.

b. Failed delivery due to insufficient access or incorrect instructions may incur additional fees.

c. Self-collection requires customers to provide suitable transport and personnel. Jolin staff cannot provide labour or equipment.

6. WARRANTIES & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All products are covered by Jolin’s Furniture Warranty. Any defects or concerns must be reported immediately to our customer service team for resolution.

7. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

a. Jolin is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

b. Intellectual property, including designs, images, and content on the Jolin website, is owned by Jolin and cannot be reproduced without permission.

c. Jolin reserves the right to amend or withdraw products, promotions, and website content at its discretion.
