Your Rights

As a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to guarantees that cannot be excluded. This means you may receive a repair, replacement, or refund if a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards.

Warranty Coverage

  • Furniture (Frames & Structure): 5 years
  • Upholstered Furniture: 1 year
  • Lighting & Decorative Objects: 1 year
  • Commercial Use Furniture: 2 years

Note: Pre-loved, ex-display, or factory second items have a 1-year warranty. Specific exclusions apply.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or natural material variations
  • Misuse, neglect, or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Transport or installation damage not approved by Jolin

Making a Claim

If a defect occurs:

  1. Stop using the item.
  2. Contact our customer service team for guidance

We may require proof of purchase or an inspection. Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
